Re: New member and possibly away to buy a Q2 today

I have a 2.0TDi Quattro S-tronic. The Quattro and S-tonic give worse MPG and I would expect the 1.6 to give higher MPG that I get based on the same driving conditions. I get on average 580 miles per tank mainly dual carriageway driving and the odd bit around town. Cost to fill is broadly in line wit...

Re: Start/stop problem Q2 sport

You can buy a module that stops it working all together.....not really getting to the cause of the problem but at least it wont keep cutting out like it has been.

Re: Service reminder

Its simply a count down clock really based on miles/days Its either set to fixed 9,000 or 365 days or flexible which is 19,000 or 730 days If you look in the settings on the MMI it will tell you when its due (it counts it down in both miles and days) If you prefer to have it serviced annually ask yo...

Re: Second hand Q2 from a non-Audi dealer / high mileage?

Based on the spec listed I would say the car had Tech Pack and one of the Assistance Packs along with leather If you have the VIN you can check the full vehicle spec on https://erwin.audi.com/erwin/showHome.do but its a pay per use service and you have to be able to understand what it tells you. I'm...

Re: Audis In The Park

I am at VW Festival (Harewood House, Leeds) that weekend.

Having done countless modified VW/Audi car shows AITP has never been one that appeals to me in the slightest!

Re: Second hand Q2 from a non-Audi dealer / high mileage?

Mileage would be no concern to me at all, I do more than that per year in my Q2. I would just do a car check (with RAC or similar) to check any recorded damage, if its been stolen and recovered or any outstanding finance. Servicing on that car (based on mileage) should be set to flexible which is se...

We have all had one of those moments when we look back and wish we had done something different. Least it was an easy fix.

Re: Front light lens

Is there any PPF (paint protection film) on the headlight that could be burnt? From the pictures it definitely looks like something is burnt rather than condensation.

Re: Replacing Audi Q2 C Pillar Blades

I have had mine off a few times (I have custom carbon ones not the Audi ones) If you look at the new ones you will see how they are attached. its basically a few orange plastic clips that push into the body and then a couple of white clips from memory which tend to break. It just takes a bit of brut...
