Re: Newbie here

Welcome to the forum, I'm sure your missus will like the car.

Can't help with pictures of black badges on an Ara Blue Q2 but hopefully someone will come along that has done it.

Re: Superchips tuning

Thanks. Sorry its 1.4 tsi. And no extended warranty. Thinking whether it's worth putting 279 or not. Does your premium go up significantly with this ecu remap? Hi, Not sure, easiest way to find out is to put your details into a comparison website with and without the remap and see what the results ...

Re: Superchips tuning

Hi all, Has any one used super chips tuning. I am thinking of getting ecu remap on my 1.5 tsi 2017 model car. They are offering mobile installation for 279 or something and power gains of about 30 bhp. Wondering if anyone has done any tuning mods? Thank you. Hi, If you get an ecu remaped AUDI will ...

I have checked the windscreen to ensure there are is no debris and the screen is clear, there must be a fault with the camera?

Yeah maybe best to get the dealer to have a look at it.

Re: Traffic Recognition error

I haven't but I would imagine if it was a one off fault the camera did not get a clear view of the sign, if it happens more regularly it might be that the windscreen is dirty in front of camera.

Re: A few months of owing my Q2

Good write up, I agree the car is quick enough for me but personalty I don't use the sport mode, I prefer to use the paddles when I'm overtaking. Funny you say about having to use the handbook, I have an illness that's meant I've been stuck in my house for most of the last four months, when I starte...

Re: Launch control?

Love it thanks for that. I’ll give it a try and report back tomorro Did you have any success trying this? Hope your clutch is still ok! Hey, no haven’t yet. Tried it then bottled out. Been super wet here and I haven’t really had an open safe bit of road to do it. I want to try it, just to see what ...

Here is the workshop manual

https://cardiagn.com/audi-q2-gagab-gene ... -interior/

Page 147 onwards will tell you how to do it. The top clip is a bit of a pain to get out but once this is out its relatively easy from there on in.
Thanks Ian

"A" pillar trim

I have a wire that I want to run behind the "A" pillar trim.
I was wondering how easy it is to prise the trim off and where is the best place to position the tool?
Also do the clips break when removing the trim or are they reusable?

Re: Rear light cracked

To me it looks like there has been some form of impact.
The body would have to flex badly for a light lens to crack and if so I would have thought it would crack at one of it's fixings.
However it happened luckily it has not damaged the paintwork.
