Re: Headlamp conversion for driving abroad

That is from the online user manual so I guess the most updated version Dave, is your online manual the web-only version viewed through the myAudi site? When I log in to myAudi and navigate to the Owner’s Manual page the server has searched on my VIN and offers the same version (06.2016) as the pri...

Re: Headlamp conversion for driving abroad

Page 52 of owners manual. According to that it's ok with dipped beam left or right hand drive countries That's very interesting - you've got a different version of the manual! My manual (version 06.2016, part no. 81A012720AA) has no entry headed 'Headlamp dip settings...'. So I'm back to my observa...

Headlamp conversion for driving abroad

I'm taking my Q2 to France next month, and I'm wondering what's the best way to ensure my dipped headlights will be legal for driving on the right. A couple of forum posts elsewhere have mentioned either a manual adjustment on the headlamp clusters or a setting in the MMI, but I can't find either of...

Re: Space Saver Spare Wheel option?

Just to 'close the loop' on this thread that I started, I did finally buy a space-saver spare wheel on eBay for £80. It was "used" in the sense that it had been carried in a car for a few years, but I can see from the tread that the tyre has never been run on a road. With the tool kit sitting in the...

Thanks for this confirmation. I think I'll go ahead and order a spare wheel.

Re: infotainment screen

I have taken delivery of my Q2 Sport (with Comfort Pack but not Technology Pack) and for the avoidance of doubt the MMI screen is static on the dashboard. From a purely cosmetic point of view it seems odd that the screen just sits there when nothing is running, but in practice it's fine!

Re: Audi Q2 - Coral Orange Pictures

Those pictures, which I recognise as early (pre-production) publicity shots, give a quite false representation of what Coral Orange actually looks like. I've now taken delivery of mine, and the colour representation in these photos from the online Configurator is actually spot-on. I'll add some real...

Space Saver Spare Wheel option?

I recently took delivery of my new Q2, and I'm delighted with it. I opted for the standard tyre repair kit (no spare wheel) partly because the dealer suggested a spare wheel would mean a raised boot floor level (as I think it does in the Q3). I've never before had a car without a spare wheel, and I'...
