I am at VW Festival (Harewood House, Leeds) that weekend.

Having done countless modified VW/Audi car shows AITP has never been one that appeals to me in the slightest!

Mileage would be no concern to me at all, I do more than that per year in my Q2. I would just do a car check (with RAC or similar) to check any recorded damage, if its been stolen and recovered or any outstanding finance. Is there any PPF (paint protection film) on the headlight that could be burnt? From the pictures it definitely looks like something is burnt rather than condensation.

I have had mine off a few times (I have custom carbon ones not the Audi ones) If you look at the new ones you will see how they are attached. its basically a few orange plastic clips that push into the body and then a couple of white clips from memory which tend to break. It just takes a bit of brut...

I have also been busy trimming the interior panels (A, B and C and then headliner and sun visors) in Dinamica which is like an Alcantara material as found from factory on the higher models. It is the same material that the door cards, gear gaiter and knee pads are trimmed in.

little update I have been busy working out a solution to get the TTRS/R8 steering wheel to work in the Q2 and all buttons function. I have a donor wheel and airbag ready to go, just need to get the buttons and make it all work next. The LED's will be changed to white to match the rest of the Q2 inte...
