Recently purchased new Audi Q2. I have a usb data stick containing around 2800 songs copied from my iTunes account. My previous car BMW showed all these songs. However my Audi only shows a small amount of my songs. I was advised to copy all songs to an sd card which I did. I can see all album titles but only one or two songs per album have been copied. I can see and play all songs on my laptop.
I am at a loss to understand why this has happened.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Many thanks for your help and suggestions. I have decided to try some of the options that have been mentioned.
I have reformatted my sd 64gb to fat32 standards, then reinstalled my music collection from iTunes.
Ironically some albums and parts of other albums have not copied across.
I have a feeling my sd card is faulty and intend to take it back to the supplier.
Hoping this now will work with a replacement.
Many thanks again.

I appear to have solved my audio issue. I have a 32gb SD card and have now divided all my music files into 5 playlists via iTunes.
I read in the Q2 manual that no more than 1000 music files could be viewed in 1 playlist.
It would seem that by dividing the music into smaller chunks then all the files can be viewed.
I hope this info is useful to other subscribers.
Thank you.
