LED headlights and rear lights with dynamic turn signal are optional on lower models I think.... they are only standard on S-Line models.
This is the spec list for the three trim levels:
The Q2 is available in 3 trims - SE, Sport or S line.
SE highlights include MMI Radio Plus with 7" colour MMI screen, 16" x 6.5J '5-spoke' design alloy wheels and Halogen headlights.
Sport comes with all you will find in the SE trim and more, such as Front Sport seats, Cruise control, SD Card Satellite Navigation and 17" x 7.0J '5-arm star' design alloy wheels.
S line is the highest specification trim. In addition to equipment found in Sport, it includes 18" x 7.0J '5-spoke Y' design alloy wheels, LED headlights with LED daytime running lights, S line exterior styling and LED Interior Lighting Pack.
Yes but surely Daytime Running Lights (generally LED) are an EU directive and all new cars since 2011 must have them -it's just that this is not clear in the Audi sales blurb which only tells of the rather expensive LED headlight option -almost £1k ! ?
The more I look at the Q2, the more I think its designed to milk people into paying for extras where come trade in you will see very little of that in return.
If you like a standard model thats fine, i would be very cautious of adding thousands of pounds worth of extras to create the car you want.
We're agreed then , Audi (as with all German car makers) provide a shell , 4 wheels and a steering wheel as standard and everything else is an optional extra!
I'm still buying a Q2 though -just being very choosy about what I add -in fact I can see me actually having to drive and park the car all by myself, just watching out for hazards!
