Hi Folks, I'm Ernie. Currently driving an MB C Class,but , after 20 years I'm planning to return to VW Group with a new Q2 on order. In the meantime, I am on an Audi learning curve, but if any of you need C Class info or help, I'm happy to help where I can. In past times, I have been DIY, but nowadays experience is what I have gleaned from my own cars and from others.

It was ordered on December 14th and I've just been emailed to say it is ready for despatch from the factory. So basically 3 months on a standard Sport spec with the addition of a towbar. I was originally quoted 'up to 6 months',, though.

I ordered my Sport on July 1 last year and was not expecting to see it until October at the earliest,it was built 3 weeks later!.It was quit slow delivery though,the vehicle was stuck at Emden for 4 weeks and at Grimsby for 2 weeks.
