Without seeing and hearing it is difficult to diagnose, two possibilities come to mind:
1. The blades noisy as the rubbers flip over and change their direction of travel, suggest checking the rubbers, if OK, clean with vinegar and then also and cleaning the screen, a good screen wash additive may help.
2. Faulty linkage, this is one for your dealer.
