Well check it with the dipstick and top it up, as if it goes wrong it’s your fault and not a warranty claim.

Always use the dipstick, electronic gizmo’s are to prone to giving false information but as above check properly asap.
I wouldn’t expect it use that amount of oil in 9000 miles, although engines to vary although it may not have until you do a visual check to see.

Mine did the same, not sure if it was because the engine was new and it burnt a bit oil while bedded in, due to the pandemic I've not done enough miles to see if it is still using oil.
