First time posting, hey everyone!
My Q2 lost power at the weekend and got recovered by Audi to local dealership, luckily i wasn't too far from there at the time. I must say the Audi Assist service was a good experience.
The guy from AA said it looked like a coil fault when he plugged in his computer so towed us to Audi dealership. I got a call from them today saying that it was the spark plugs at fault and because they are a serviceable item the repair isn't covered by warranty. They are saying because i'm close to 40K (I've just reached 37k) that the spark plugs are due to be changed therefore I have to pay for them.
UPDATE
After a few conversations with them the spark plugs are now being replaced under my service plan instead of chargeable repair.
