Hello,
I am contemplating buying a used approved Audi Q2 1.4 TFSI COD Automatic.

I plan to use it for a 65 mile daily run to work and back from home to A40, M25 and M3 so its a mix of motorway and city driving. Work starts at 7am and finishes 7pm so hoping not to get too stuck in too many jams but then so far I have always used tube so not very familiar with the amount of traffic on these motorways at those times.

Can you please share what type of MPG are you getting in your 1.4 petrol??

I am hoping for 40+MPG...is that achievable ?

Thanks

I have 1.4 petrol, manual. I drive about 50 miles each day on dual carriageway and get about 38-40 mpg. I'd guess you would get over that if you're predominantly driving motorway with some urban.

Not a 1.4 petrol but to give an idea

Mainly dual carriageway, 76 mile round trip from my 2.0TDI Quattro S-tronic I get real world 43-45mpg. Audi quote this as urban figures!

Full tank I typically get 550 miles. Audi quote the tank to be 55 litre

finished my first 500 miles with my new 1.5 TSFI COD Autom 150HP
an average of 35-38 mpg (70% town, 30 % motorway)
full tank around 385-400 miles

Not many people logging diesel MPG so this is mine over the past 2 years. Tend to reset the 'long term memory mileage' every 12 months, this last 12 months I have averaged 55.3 mpg over 6,000 miles, slightly up on last years at 54.6 mpg.
