Anyone U.K. based fitting winter tires?

I made good use of them when we had an A1, not sure what to do with the Q2 as I tend to work from home if it snows, but overall they help in the cold weather and gives you that additional grip if we do have snow.

The Audi package is expensive and I don't like the wheels, so it's 3rd party wheel and tire package or just get tires and swap them over each season.

Any thoughts on the subject or recommendations?

Im in Switzerland so have to change to winter tires. Keeping my 19 inch alloys on and just change tires. Over here there is a tire storage and fitting service so I just turn up twice a year and they change them and keep them for me. If you can get this service then its worth it as there is no hassle at all. My Q2 is a Quattro so should be fine in any weather. Personally I would change to winter tires in the UK. it gets cold enough now to warrant it. I had Pirelli All Season tires for 2 yrs on my old A3 before my Q2. they were amazing. I would recommend these to anyone.
