It used to be the other way around when I ordered my q3 a My dealer told me they had switched it around as most people deselected it so it was easy to make people choose the firmer ride instead.

Just a quick update. After much contemplation over the Christmas and New Year period, we placed our order over the weekend for a Daytona Grey 1.4TFSI S line which is due for delivery in March. The biggest debate for us has been over the gearbox. We've never owned (never even driven) an automatic before but, having had several test drives in both manual and automatic variants, have gone for the S tronic gearbox in the end - let's hope it's the right decision. Have added a number of packs and options to get the right car for us. Will post pictures when it arrives.

I have autobox on my Q2 and although I have only driven about 300 miles ( in full auto) Ivan assure you that it an excellent box; just as as good as I had in my last car a Porsche Boxster and that had similar 7 speed 2 clutch arrangement. That box incidentally gave better acceleration, better emissions and lower fuel consumption than the manual version.
Happy auto motoring.

It's supposed to be some time in April - but my welcome message on yourAudi says the car won't start being built until 6th March.

I have the sun roof as I can find cars a little dark with out. Did not effect head hight and I am tall.

I agree regarding the sunroof, it makes the interior much lighter, I expected the sunroof to alter the head height but as it is the type that moves out and back above the roof this is not the case, well worth having.

I went for the Y-spoke 19" alloys and have to say that the ride is better than my old Q5. I have also ridden in the back and it feels not to bad. Standard S-Line suspension. Not adaptive.
