Audi app

Post by Fi77 » Wed Jun 16, 2021 10:31 am

I’ve had my 2020 Audi Q2 sport for a week. When I bought it the dealer said I could use the app to check petrol levels and locate the car etc. I’ve got the app and logged in, following all the instructions but I cannot work out how to use the above features. I’ve spent ages playing around with it but no luck. I’m now wondering if actually the app doesn’t do that for my particular car. Any ideas please?

It not a rubbish app, its actually very good. The Q2’s tech is the problem, it is still running the tech that came out in 2015 in the TT. This limits the ability for the car to work with the app, not vice-versa. The app is only able to send destinations to the car, that and looking at your service history. No way around it. You need to either wait for the new Q2 in 2025 most probs or upgrade to a newer gen car like the Q3, you will get lots of features then.
