Has anone got any sort of discount in the UK?
I got a discount of 5%. Most of that though was a loyalty discount as the dealer is incentivised to retain business. Not sure they'd offer to everyone though. Car Wow also offered my £1600 off the same build. The dealer was over at Kings Lynn in Norfolk. Orange Wheels also offered a discount of 5%, but I went with my existing dealer. Sheffield Audi and Birmingham Audi wouldn't discount at all.

Cheers
Rich

my Car left the factory 7 days ago and still sitting outside factory and still hasn't reached Emden port, its a 6 hours train for crying out loud!! . Audi says when it reaches the port finally, it will take upto 14 days to be loaded to transporter which can in turn take 2 to 10 days to reach Port of Sheerness and 48 hours to unload if arrives on a working day and then car can sit for 7 days at UK port before being assigned to a transporter which will take 7 working days to reach dealer. i mean all in all upto... 7 to 8 weeks!!! isn't that outrageous!! .. i realise there are thousands of vehicles to move but I thought 2,3 weeks like Merc and BMW would be followed by Audi

Could it be an idea that you pick it up yourself @ Ingolstadt? You would be a lot faster anyway..

In NL the dealer does not “keep you from doing it” , but really helps with all the paperwork. In some cases you have to take the licenseplates with you, but that’s all. Registration is done via the VIN, within 10 minutes, by the dealer.
Think your dealer should be a bit (a lot?) more helpfull to you. After all, you are spending a lot of money, right?

You're absolutely right, My dealer has been an absolute nightmare, the moment I put down the deposit their attitude changed completely, I have hardly called them 3 times and emailed 4,5 times since ordering in late September to chase things up or update me and their attitude has been unbelievably indifferent and rather arrogant. Like i am asking for a huge personal favour that they can't be bothered with.
