First service
Re: First service
Hi,
More than likely too late, but a reminder when there is a finance contribution or servicing offer on a new or used car, it’s worth taking out the finance agreement, and then within 14 days of signing the agreement call the finance company and ask to ‘withdraw’ from the agreement - not settle! You will only pay a few pounds per day interest. Doing this you get the finance contribution and any other benefit the dealer is offering. A few things to note; this is a legal entitlement and it won’t affect your credit rating, ask to ‘withdraw’, and don’t mention to the dealer you are planning to do this as it can affect their commission.
With my Q2 that was £3000 towards the deal, and the interest to settle within 14 days is less than £25!

Re: First service
Wow... well i know for next one now!! I am now waiting for the centres to reopen so my car can have the ‘Audi service’ experience .. no other option but to get the service pack for £468 still will workout better that if i decide to pay the 2 services separate..
Re: First service
£374 for the service plan.. Audi is doing a 20% discount on all service plans this summer.
Re: First service
Thanks for the service plan tip, just bought mine.
Re: First service
Slight hiccup , ten minutes later, I get an email from Audi telling me they have cancelled my service plan order. Anyone else had this happen?
Re: First service
Somewhere in the small print there may be some reasons why a service plan order might be declined.
2019 Audi Q2 S line, 35 TFSI. Daytona grey.
Re: First service
I just had exactly the same an email came back 10 min after saying they could not complete the service plan.. I will b contacting them tomorrow, surely they have an issue with their systems..
Re: First service
Hi there,
Were you able to get signed up to the service plan after you received the email?
Also, does anyone know where you can see the service schedule for your Q2 on the Audi website? I am sure I saw it somewhere, either on https://www.audi.co.uk/account/ or https://my.audi.com/
Basically, I wanted to check the same info as on this thread: https://www.q3ownersclub.co.uk/threads/ ... dule.4919/ where the Q3 has the following schedule:
Pollen filter - replace every 2 years / 40k miles
Panoramic roof clean (where fitted) - every 2 years / 40k miles
Brake fluid - replace every 3/5/7 years
S-tronic oil & filter - replace every 38k miles
Timing belt - replace every 5 years or 140k miles
Spark plugs - replace every 6 years or 40k miles
Air filter - replace every 60k miles
Does the Q2 follow the same schedule?

Re: First service
I've emailed them asking why they cancelled it, they replied saying they need my details for security including bank details. I answered what I was prepared to give several days ago, heard nothing. Tried to phone, there not accepting phone calls, I tried audi customer service who answered straight away on Facebook messenger, but they said nothing to do with them, I need to talk to vwfs and the only contact details they have are the public ones I've tried.
