Don’t hit puddles at speed

Post by Lbq2 » Mon Aug 05, 2019 2:30 am

Gonna get a lot of hate for this but I was going through some country lanes at around the 65-70mph mark, turned a corner and hit a fairly large puddle and both front left and right fenders came off completely and the rear right came loose. They just pop back in but thought I’d give everyone a head up from my mistakes.

Go easy on me I’m 17 and only had the car for a month

We have all had one of those moments when we look back and wish we had done something different. Least it was an easy fix.

70mph into a corner on a country lane in a fairly pricey Audi on 19 inch rims? I wouldn't call this a mistake but a pure stupidity - sorry.
Not surprised young drivers pay much more extra money for insurance.
